The User is responsible for consulting the Submitter and the Lane Blueprint & Reprographics web site for any updates, revisions, addenda, or amendments to the original Project Plans that may reflect any changes in the design or specification following the preparation date of the original Project Plans. The User acknowledges that he/she is responsible for obtaining and viewing all project plan documents. User agrees to hold Lane Blueprint & Reprographics, Plan Documents Submitter and Project Owner harmless. User also agrees to indemnify Lane Blueprint & Reprographics, Plan Document Submitter and Project Owner from any claims, whatsoever, resulting from User's failure to obtain and view all project plan documents, including updates, revisions, addenda or amendments to the original Project Plans.
A $15.00 Packaging and Handling fee will be added per set for Shipping on 3rd party UPS or Fedex accounts. This fee is NOT to be added to the amount of the Deposit Check. Please Contact LANE Blueprint at 913-529-2500 for further shipping instructions.
Credit Cards may NOT be used for deposit jobs. Any Deposits charged to Credit cards will render the Deposit non-refundable. |

Job Purchase Information: |
A complete set of plans will be loaned out upon a deposit check in the amount of $100.00 per set. Checks will be made out to Leavenworth Unified School District #453.
The deposit is fully refundable if the plans and specifications are returned, in good condition, within 15 days of the bid opening. |
